Submit a completed application form with details regarding the industrial project being proposed at Dubai Industrial City. A nominal processing fee is due at the time of application. |
| Step 2: |
Dubai Industrial City conducts a detailed technical and HSE impact review of the industrial project and informs the Applicant.
|
| Step 3: |
The Project Development Agreement is then processed and the Applicant and Dubai Industrial City agree to the terms and conditions of lease. Applicant is now a tenant at Dubai Industrial City.

| Step 4: |
Tenant submits detailed engineering and HSE documentation for review and approval and obtains a No Objection Certificate from Dubai Industrial City.
|
| Step 5: |
Tenant obtains Building Permits from Dubai Municipality and other statutory/regulatory approvals.
|
| Step 6: |
Tenant obtains Construction Commencement approval from Dubai Industrial City
|
| Step 7: |
Tenant completes construction as per approved timeline and obtains Facility Start Up certificate from Dubai Industrial City. |
| Step 8: |
Tenant complies with HSE requirements stipulated by Dubai Industrial City at all times. |
| Step 1: |
Submit a completed application form with details regarding the stocking requirements, products and light industrial activities being proposed at Dubai Industrial City. A nominal processing fee is due at the time of application. |

Dubai Industrial City conducts a review of the requirements and informs the Applicant about availability of pre-built spaces for warehouse or light industrial use.

The Lease Agreement is then processed and the Applicant and Dubai Industrial City agree to the terms and conditions of lease. Applicant is now a tenant at Dubai Industrial City.

Tenant submits necessary documentation in accordance with DI’s HSE criteria document and obtain a Fitness Certificate.

| Step 5: |
Tenant complies with HSE requirements stipulated by Dubai Industrial City at all times. |

Dubai Industrial City conducts a review of the requirements and informs the Applicant about availability of residential units for labor accommodation use.

The Lease Agreement is then processed and the Applicant and Dubai Industrial City agree to the terms and conditions of lease. Applicant is now a tenant at Dubai Industrial City.

Tenant obtains keys to the units after fulfillment of all prescribed procedures.

| Step 5: |
Tenant complies with HSE requirements stipulated by Dubai Industrial City at all times |

Submit a completed application form with details regarding the office requirements being proposed at Dubai Industrial City. A nominal processing fee is due at the time of application. |

Dubai Industrial City conducts a review of the requirements and informs the Applicant about availability of office units for lease. |

The Lease Agreement is then processed and the Applicant and Dubai Industrial City agree to the terms and conditions of lease. Applicant is now a tenant at Dubai Industrial City. |
| Step 4: |
Tenant submits Office Fit out documentation for review and approval and obtains a No Objection Certificate from Dubai Industrial City. |
| Step 5: |
Tenant obtains approval from Dubai Municipality and other statutory/regulatory approvals. |
| Step 6: |
Tenant obtains Fit out Commencement approval from Dubai Industrial City. |
| Step 7: |
Tenant completes Fit out as per approved timeline and obtains Completion certificate from Dubai Industrial City. |
| Step 8: |
Tenant complies with HSE requirements stipulated by Dubai Industrial City at all times. |
