Manufacturing Support
Once factories are commissioned, transPARK can support manufacturers import raw and packaging materials and store finished goods:
Inbound Transportation of Raw and Packaging Materials
Customs clearance of materials at source, transportation to the UAE, customs clearance in the UAE and delivery to the factory can be managed by transPARK.
Storage of Raw and Packaging Materials
Manufacturers may require temporary or long-term storage of their raw and packaging materials to prevent congestion at the factory. transPARK can offer varying types of storage space and complement this with a shuttle service to move the products from the warehouse to the factory.
Storage of Finished Goods
As factories expand their production capacity, there may be a requirement to use external storage space for the finished goods, either temporarily (for example, to meet the demands of seasonal peaks or during the stock building of promotional products) or on a long-term basis.
transPARK can undertake order picking on the manufacturer’s behalf whilst managing the inventory to ensure that correct product rotation is maintained. Storage solutions range from open or shaded storage areas for machinery and vehicles, to bulk storage, bonded storage, racked storage, or temperature-controlled storage for foodstuff and other perishable/sensitive products.
