Dubai Chamber Signs Agreement with Dubai Industrial City to Offer Services at the Industrial Hub
Dubai UAE: April 16, 2008

Dubai Chamber will serve more than 430 industrial investors at the City and the surrounding areas of Abu Dhabi and Jebel Ali.

The agreement was signed by Rashed Al Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Industrial City, and Atiq Juma Nasib, Director of Commercial Services Department at Dubai Chamber. The signing ceremony, which was held at the Chamber's headquarters, was attended by a number of top officials from both organisations.

Following the signing of the agreement, Rashed Al Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Industrial City, said "The presence of Dubai Chamber at Dubai Industrial City is the result of the strategic partnership we are establishing in order to provide additional incentives and more dedicated services to our investors. The Chamber's office would help facilitate companies' business and activities, the goals which we are trying to achieve in our township."

Al Ansari added "Dubai Industrial City is keen to work closely with Dubai Chamber to ensure their office supports DI investors and the community surrounding us especially that we are close to Abu Dhabi and the new areas in Dubai such as the Waterfront and Dubai Industrial areas."

Atiq Juma Nasib, Director of Commercial Services Department at Dubai Chamber, said "Opening a new branch for Dubai Chamber at Dubai Industrial City goes in line with its vision and strategy that aims at extending its value-added services to the largest number of members, businessmen and investors running business of their corporations at the industrial hub. Our new branch will save them time and effort and facilitate the execution of their commercial transactions, mainly those related to issuing establishing documents of new companies, membership registration and issuing Certificates of Origin for exporters."
