The Permits Department assists tenants and investors with their proposals for construction of industrial facilities and commercial developments. The move is part of the engineering compliance that is being implemented by MAQAYEES, Dubai Centre for Industrial Standards.
Permits Department brings another innovative service to the tenants, which creates a single window approach to expedite developments.
The Permits Department reviews the architectural designs, permit requests, construction plans and infrastructure requirements of tenants and investors. This will ensure adherence to Design and Construction Guidelines as well as local and statutory requirements.
The aim is to provide tenants and investors with a smooth and fast service that helps them quickly obtain the necessary approvals to build their facilities.
The Permits Department operates on weekdays from 8am to 3pm. It will provide them with a no objection certificate (NOC) that in turn will facilitate expediting approvals from concerned government departments in the Emirate of Dubai.
