The boundary wall type depends on what is alongside the plot boundary. Along a road, sikka, Open Park the boundary wall should be a half solid, 1.8m high wall (as per the drawings p.28). Along a neighboring plot boundary, the boundary wall should be a solid, 2.5m high wall. (see DIC urban design guidelines p.27, 3.8)
