Land utilization is the term used to define the permitted area of the plot allowed to use for various purposes. The permitted use and corresponding area are bound through the contract / Project Development Agreement. e.g. Factory 35%, Storage 15%(maximum), Office 5%(maximum) and Public Services 50%(minimum).
