DI was launched under the directives of the late His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai and UAE Vice President and Prime Minister on the 25th of November 2004.
Manufacturing Zones
In Dubai Industrial City (DI) each one of the industrial sectors has been allocated a zone where companies planning to operate within each of these sectors are zoned together in one geographical area, allowing all of them to operate under one guideline and comply to similar quality, health, safety and environment (QSHE) rules and regulations.
