• 50% of 1st year’s rental upon signing the lease agreement
• Post dated check of balance 50% dated the first day after the end of grace period
• Application processing fees AED 5,000
• Maqayees “Dubai Center for Industrial Standards” initial fees for audit of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment standards. This varies based on land size:
  » Over 500,000 square feet - AED 35,000
  » Less than 500,000 square feet - AED 27,000
  » Less than 100,000 square feet - AED 19,000
• Thereafter annual rents in two checks as well as annual QHSE surveillance fee, as applicable and specified in The Manual of Dubai Industrial City. Annual rents and surveillance fee are payable on 01st January of each year.
