You can sell the factory without the land as long as the buyer of the factory does not alter the industrial cluster concept of Dubai Industrial City. The lease transfer will have to be through the Dubai Industrial City and in accordance with the terms of lease before such a sale is approved by Dubai Industrial City at its sole discretion.
